1. How Purchases Work (Direct-from-Artist) gnarly. Collaborative functions as an online exhibition space for our resident artists. We do not process payments or sell artwork directly.

• To buy a piece, you will contact the artist directly using the contact email listed on the artwork's page.
• All sales transactions, invoices, and payment processing occur directly between you (the Buyer) and the Artist.

2. Payment & Pricing

• Prices are set directly by the artists.
• The Artist will provide you with their accepted payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, credit card invoice, bank transfer) and issue your receipt.
• gnarly. Collaborative does not collect sales taxes, processing fees, or payment information on behalf of artists.

3. Shipping, Delivery, & Returns

• Fulfillment: The Artist is solely responsible for packaging and shipping the artwork to you.
• Shipping Fees: Shipping costs, taxes, duties, and insurance (if applicable) are determined by the Artist and calculated during your direct transaction with them.
• Returns & Refunds: Return policies, damage claims, and refunds are handled directly by the individual Artist. Please clarify the Artist's specific refund policy via email before finalizing your purchase.

4. Limitation of Liability [Your Gallery Name] is not a party to the sales contract between buyers and artists. While we showcase curated artists, we are not liable for transaction disputes, shipping delays, items damaged in transit, or discrepancies in artwork representation.
